"Dubai Enrichment Company", wholly owned by the Government Investment Corporation of Dubai, announced the launch of Zone 3 of the first phase of the "Deira Enrichment" project, under the name "Sherena Plaza", and the start of the process of displaying and delivering the project units to tenants, in preparation for the opening of the areas: 1, 2, 11 and 13, which I oversaw in the first phase.

The company stated, in a statement yesterday, that Zone "3" is the first mixed-use project to be opened in "Deira Enrichment", and includes 350 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, ranging in size from 861 to 2,045 square feet.

The project also includes 290 hotel rooms managed by "Wyndham" four-star hotels and resorts, as well as 45 restaurants and retail units, and about 721.18 thousand square feet dedicated to offices.

The CEO of Ithraa Dubai, Issam Galadari, said during a field tour organized by the company, that Zone 3 of the project is part of our plans aimed at building happy communities and adding value to the residents and visitors of the region, as it constitutes an ideal environment for a lifestyle. He added, "We have succeeded in achieving this by building projects with a modern and practical design that meets the needs of all segments of society, while preserving Deira's heritage and cultural charm, and providing a sustainable environment in line with Dubai's vision."
