  In order to further promote catering economy and stop catering waste, on the basis of preliminary research and discussion, the Ministry of Commerce is working with relevant departments to study and formulate relevant policies and measures to stop catering waste, support industry associations to play a self-discipline role, and promote the establishment of a long-term effect to stop catering waste mechanism. In terms of improving catering economy regulations, the Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to issue relevant standards for green catering, formulate and revise a number of industry standards, and some are currently seeking industry and public opinions.
