According to Tsarikovsky, the situation in the Russian fuel market remained stable thanks to systemic mechanisms such as a damper.

“And residents of our country, by and large, have not seen, and will not see significant jumps in gasoline prices in either direction,” he said.

In July, Russia ranked 20th in the ranking of gasoline availability.
