Up to now, after verification and re-examination by a third-party testing agency, there are still 8 APPs that have not completed rectification as required. In accordance with the "Network Security Law" and the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Presetting and Distribution of Mobile Smart Terminal Application Software" (Gongxinguan [2016] No. 407) and other legal and regulatory document requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the removal of the above apps . The relevant application stores shall immediately organize the removal of the application software in the list after the announcement is released.
