Date of next meeting of OPEC + committee announced

RIA Novosti informs about it with reference to the communique following the meeting of the OPEC + committee.

"The next meetings of the JTC (OPEC +. - RT technical committee. - RT ) and JMMC are scheduled for September 16 and September 17, 2020, respectively," - stated in the statement.

Following the meeting on August 19, the OPEC + ministerial monitoring committee noted the improvement in stocks in July 2020 and a narrowing gap between world oil demand and supply.

Also, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that in July Russia fulfilled the OPEC + deal by 97%, and in August reached 100% fulfillment of the agreements.
