The Lille commercial court has chosen the Financière immobilière Bordeaux to take over 2,659 employees out of the 3,100 of the female ready-to-wear brand Camaïeu, which was in receivership, according to a judgment rendered on Monday consulted by AFP.
"It is a victory for a company, it is also a victory for the law", reacted to AFP the lawyer of the FIB Olivier Pardo, who wants Camaïeu "to become again the immense company that it has been". The other employees will be made redundant for economic reasons as part of a PSE.
