RIA Novosti reported about it with reference to the department.

“The Danish Energy Appeals Board has not received any appeals against the decision of the Danish Energy Agency of 6 July 2020,” the statement reads.

The Board of Appeal noted that this means that the pipeline operator can resume construction from August 4.

Earlier, the Danish Energy Agency allowed Nord Stream 2 AG to use anchor pipelayers in the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline in the country's territorial waters.
