The upper limit for the sale of private residential land is effective from today (29th).

At the end of last year, the government set the target area for the pre-sale price limit on April 29, and delayed it three months in the aftermath of Corona 19.

There are 322 dongs, including 309 dongs in 18 districts in Seoul and 13 dongs in Gwangmyeong, Hanam, and Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.

If the upper limit is applied, the pre-sale price must be approved by the local pre-sale deliberation committee.
