Emirates Airlines said it expects a great demand for travel during the blessed Eid Al-Adha holiday, and reminds customers of the need to reach the airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time to avoid traffic congestion. Travel growth will start from this evening to reach its peak tomorrow (Thursday, 30 July).

She added that travelers should finish the procedures 3 hours before the departure time, whatever their class of travel. The counters will be closed one hour before each flight, and late passengers will not be accepted to ensure that flights depart on schedule. Customers can complete their travel procedures from their office or portable devices during the period from 48 hours until 90 minutes before the flight departure time, and deliver their luggage on private counters when they arrive at the airport.

After completing the travel procedures, passengers are advised to attend the boarding gates 90 minutes before flight departure times, boarding begins 45 minutes before, and the gates are closed 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Late passengers will not be accepted to ensure flights depart on schedule.
