I don't know why, but I was hoping that politicians would have a detailed debate in Congress on the European Council. For example, that Pablo Casado or Edmundo Bal questioned with data the "determining" role of Pedro Sánchez at the summit. In fact, in this past year, Spain lost 9.5 billion euros in transfers as a result of the negotiation and nobody has yet said anything. The figure arises from a work carried out by Zsolt Darvas for the European think tank Brueghel released this week in the blog of that institution.
