<Anchor> As the

IRS bought several houses, it entered a tax investigation on people who did not pay their taxes properly. Some people have set up corporations and bought several, and others have cheated on buying money with their parents' money. More than half of the tax targets are young people under 30.

First, I am reporter Hwa Kang Yun.

Mr. A, a 30-year-old worker, created a single shareholder corporation in the province with a capital of 1 million won.

I rented hundreds of millions of won from my father to a corporation I founded and bought an expensive apartment in Seoul, and by buying the apartment as a mortgage, I bought an additional tens of pre-sale and homes by making a gap investment.

By using a local corporation, the burden of acquisition tax, general real estate tax, and transfer tax was reduced, but no gift tax was paid.

Just like getting paid at a father's hospital where he didn't work and borrowing his father's money from his father-in-law, he was also caught in his twenties who bought an expensive home after filling out an IOU.

As such, 413 suspected tax evasion related to real estate transactions were listed on the IRS tax investigation.

Of these, less than half of those in their thirties were 236.

This means that there are so many high-priced homeowners with so-called'gold spoons' whose sources of fund are questionable.

[Kim Tae-ho/Director of the Asset Taxation Division, National Tax Service: (30s) Since it is in the early stages of property formation, there are probably a lot of things like acquisitions and transactions... .] As the

countermeasure against real estate in June 17, the target for tax verification is expected to increase significantly as the target for fiscal proposals and supporting documents is expanded from September.

The National Tax Service decided not to submit the financing plan, but decided to strengthen verification even for large-scale chartered tenants who are more likely to give a shortcut.
