2nd supplementary budget for "sustainable benefit" 3 companies participated in the contractor's bid 23:34 on July 28

A total of three business operators participated in the bid to determine the subcontractor for the second supplementary budget for "sustained benefit", which was pointed out to be unclear. In the future, it is expected that the business will be decided after an examination, etc., and it will be changed from the current contractor.

Sustained benefits that support small and medium-sized enterprises whose sales have dropped significantly due to the spread of the new coronavirus have been posted as an additional consignment cost of 85 billion yen in the second supplementary budget.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry carried out competitive bidding and recruited companies, and by the deadline on the 28th, two companies participated in the work such as examination of application documents and one company participated in the transfer work.

Although the names of the participating companies have not been clarified, the current outsourced service design promotion council is Dentsu, a major advertising company that is one of the councils' bodies and has been subcontracted for most of the work. For the time being, it seems that they have not participated this time, as they have indicated that they will refrain from participating in the bid.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will conduct a comprehensive assessment based on the evaluations and bid prices of outside experts and will award the successful bidder on the 30th.

After that, the policy is to announce the contractor after making a formal contract, and the second supplementary budget for sustainable benefit is expected to change from the current contractor.
