"The Guidance Document contributes to bridging the gap between innovators and regulators, and prioritizes safety during development without hindering the drive for innovation, and enhances mutual awareness between the transportation sector and government," said US Secretary of Transportation, Eileen Chao.

This also means that (Hyperloop) projects will be eligible for a number of loan programs offered by the Ministry.
Commenting on the announcement of the document, the Chairman and CEO of the Dubai Ports World group, and the Chairman of the Virgin Hyperloop, Sultan Bin Sulayem, said in a statement yesterday: “Hyperloop technology is rapidly advancing towards building the first operational system to link cities And we welcome the announcement of the United States that shows increasing confidence in (Hyperloop) technology, and its ability to revolutionize mass transportation. ”
Bin Sulayem added: “Our goal in (DP World) and (Virgin Hyperloop) is to achieve leadership in developing this technology, and also to make the UAE a global center for the development of this technology.”
Collaborate with governments
Virgin Hyperloop cooperates with a number of governments in the region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and India, and recently conducted the first study in the world at the national level, in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Transport, including a line between Dammam and Jubail In the eastern region of the kingdom.
