The initiative guarantees that businessmen are allowed to start practicing the commercial activity immediately after the license is issued, and then complete the rest of the requirements of the commercial license, such as approvals from other relevant government agencies.

6 steps to register citizens with an "instant license"
The Dubai Economy explained that there are six steps through which owners of the "immediate license" can register citizens employees in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and they include:
1- Clicking on “I want to register local workers with the license” when completing the instant license transaction in electronic services.
2- Write the person’s ID number and click on “Get Details”.
3- Verify the person’s information and mobile phone number and click on “Send approval request”.
4- After the text message has been approved by the person, click on "Approvals Event", and the text message can be re-sent or the consent can be deleted from the screen itself.
5- Clicking on “add person” to add employee data.
6- Enter all the information correctly and click on “Save” to print the payment authorization.
Entrepreneurs can, through an "instant license", obtain a general commercial license.
