Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority has expanded the scope of its electronic and smart services to facilitate the service of customers, residents and commercial partners remotely, as part of the second phase of the development of the “Hadi” platform operating with artificial intelligence technologies, to receive customer inquiries, and provide the services they need without the need to review its offices.

The Oasis Authority was the first free zone to launch a chatting platform, last year, relying on artificial intelligence applications to respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding the various services it provides, and to accelerate its completion.

According to a statement issued yesterday, since its launch, the Hadi platform has received more than 35,000 correspondence across the platform from 9,200 users, relying on the algorithms to analyze Frequently Asked Questions in providing quick record answers to customers according to their needs.

The platform is available to answer customer questions via the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority website, the instant messaging application "WhatsApp", and its account on the social networking sites "Facebook" and "Telegram".

In addition to completing transactions and reducing dependence on external links when providing services, Al Waha added 80 services to the “Hadi” platform, currently providing a total of 226 smart services, including e-wallet charging services, renewal of identity cards, and messaging services.

“The experience of the first phase of the smart Hadi platform to provide remote services, which was launched by the Oasis in December 2019, was a success with distinction, as its positive impact was clearly demonstrated simultaneously,” said Badr Buhannad. With the application of social distancing and remote work, and the exceptional precautionary and preventive measures imposed by the global outbreak of the emerging (Corona) epidemic ».

He added that the second phase of "Hadi" targeted the provision of additional electronic services, including requests to amend the situation within the state, renewal of employment contracts, bank guarantees, founding contracts, and the transfer of employees from government sectors to Oasis Authority cadres, in addition to an integrated electronic package of maintenance services, Renewing contracts for residential units, which are managed by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, and many others.
