Al-Abbar added: “The crisis left behind by the Corona epidemic has imposed on us a situation in which we are obliged to review the ways in which we do business and reconsider the products we offer, the systems we use, the people who work with us, and most importantly the work culture that we sought to establish.” .

Alabbar continued by saying: “The challenges we face will be greater than ever, which drives me to focus on the talents and skills that each of us possesses, not positions or job titles.”
