And she stated, in a statement yesterday, that the application section continues to be open to companies in this session, until the end of November 2020, as companies can apply to obtain the "advanced mark of social responsibility for institutions" and "the regular mark of social responsibility for institutions", in addition to the four new categories of the mark It covers various aspects of corporate social responsibility, and includes: workplace, market, environment and local community.

According to the Dubai Chamber, its corporate social responsibility mark is a diagnostic and development tool for companies to implement responsible business practices, as the mark allows them to discover weaknesses and strengths in their practical directions for managing the effects of their commercial activities on the environment and society, and the mark can also be used to conduct an internal review For responsible social policies applied in the company, and evaluation and development of performance in all aspects.

All companies of various sizes and sectors locally, regionally and globally can submit their requests to obtain the mark, provided that the company has been operating for at least two years and has a valid license in the country in which it is located.

Companies that apply to the "workplace" category must also demonstrate their distinction in discussing issues such as diversity, fair employment, promotion, employee welfare and happiness. As for the companies that apply to the “market” category, they should demonstrate efficiency in managing relationships with suppliers and dealers.
