“If radical changes do not happen, then within six months we will reach the normal development of the economy and budget,” Sobyanin said in an interview with kp.ru.
The mayor noted that the budget of Moscow in 2020 may be short of 600 billion rubles, including due to the consequences of the pandemic.
Sobyanin added that the turnover of small and medium-sized companies in Moscow since the beginning of 2020 was comparable to last year's figures.
Earlier, Sobyanin announced the formation of immunity to COVID-19 in 60% of Moscow residents.
