The Tokyo foreign exchange market on the 16th and the yen exchange rate were small.
The yen exchange rate as of 5 pm was 6 yen compared to the 15th, and the yen's appreciation against the dollar was 1 yen = 106.95 yen to 96 yen.
Against the euro, it was 34 sen compared to the 15th, and it was 4 sen from just € 122 = 112 yen, which is the strong yen.
The euro was $09 per euro = 1.1407 to the dollar.
