“Today, the Russian side is fully fulfilling its obligations to supply gas and oil to the Republic,” the Ministry of Energy said in a statement.
Novak noted that the Russian side is counting on a constructive dialogue with Belarus on all issues of the energy sector.
Mishustin during negotiations with Golovchenko stressed that Moscow and Minsk are in a constant dialogue.
Earlier, during a meeting with Mikhail Mishustin, Golovchenko said that the reason for the drop in oil exports from Russia to Belarus lies in the foreign economic situation.
