MEPA has announced the organization of an exhibition of business and private aircraft in Dubai during the period from the eighth to the tenth of next December in "Dubai World Central", which will highlight the latest technologies, ideas and opportunities Contribute to shaping the future of the sector in the Middle East and the world.

According to a statement issued yesterday, besides the advanced solutions and world-class aircraft that will be displayed on the exhibition screens, the event will shed light, through its conference, on the main trends affecting this sector in the post-Coved-19 phase.

While commercial airlines are experiencing a slow gradual recovery, private airlines are witnessing a boom in business and a remarkable increase in the number of new customers.

According to the latest studies, private flights operate by up to 70% or more than usual, and the reason for this increase is due to the preference of new customers for private flying over others, due to health concerns and low prices, which greatly enhances the growth of this sector.

Ali Ahmed Al Naqbi, Chairman and CEO of the Federation of Business and Private Aviation in the Middle East and North Africa, said: “While we continuously monitor the current situation in light of the spread of the epidemic (Covid-19), we consider the health and safety of exhibitors, teams and attendees to be our top priority, as We will take all appropriate precautions to ensure their safety and security. ”

Al-Naqbi added that «the 2020 edition of the exhibition will focus on the opportunities presented by the business and private aviation sector, as well as the latest trends in the sector along with the expectations of 2021 and the future of the sector.
