It turned out that in 2017, Zongshen Industry Group implemented a coordinated management service for the power industry chain based on the Humi.net industrial Internet platform to intelligently transform this production line. After the transformation, the efficiency has increased by 4 times.
How can it be done? "Taking material distribution as an example, the transformation from "bus" to "online car" has been realized." Zhang Kui, deputy general manager of Zongshen Power Company, introduced that in a smart manufacturing production line, when a part of a production link is about to run out , The system can automatically issue instructions, deploy the nearest unmanned truck, and deliver parts in time, such as peers calling the car in advance. In addition, the intelligent production line records each process and performs data verification through sensors. If there is a problem, the system automatically alerts you to remind workers to correct it. At present, the automatic error correction and error prevention capability of the intelligent production line has increased by more than 10 times, and the product qualification rate has reached 99.3%.
It is not just Zongshen. In Banan District of Chongqing, many enterprises have already or are undergoing intelligent transformation. At present, 13 smart factories and digital workshops have been built.
The impression of traditional tire manufacturing is mostly rough, tired and dirty. In Shandong, Qingdao Shuangxing Tire used 5G technology and industrial Internet transformation to transform the factory from “old look to new look” and transform into a “smart” enterprise.

Industrial Internet is not a simple machine substitution, equipment connection and transaction matching, but the integration of equipment, production lines, factories, suppliers, industries and users through the industrial Internet platform is multilateral, open and interactive, so the platform is crucial important.
In Qingdao, there are currently 8 identified industrial Internet platforms, among which Haier Kaos has gathered 340 million users and more than 3.9 million ecological resources, ranking first in the cross-industry and cross-domain industrial Internet platforms released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019. With the support of general-purpose module technology, Kaos can access enterprises and platforms at all levels, large enterprises can find solutions, and small enterprises can find empowerment modules to help all industries.
After many years of apparel production, the head of the apparel company Wu Xiaojie never thought that the integration of the enterprise and the industrial Internet produced a wonderful "chemical reaction." In the digital production workshop, the traditional manual tailoring is completely disappeared, replaced by automated machines, computers, projections, mechanical subtle cooperation, only 2 minutes and 40 seconds, a custom-made suit was cut and formed.
Since the beginning of this year, Qingdao has comprehensively sorted out the transformation needs of industrial enterprises, categorized and summarized 16 major categories and 126 subdivided scenes, and released the first batch of "industrial empowerment" scene lists. In the next step, Qingdao will normalize the release of scene requirements and promote industrial Internet integration and innovation.
In recent years, Chongqing has successively introduced platform enterprises such as Aerospace Cloud Network and Alibaba, while enterprises such as Tencent and Huawei have also deployed industrial Internet services in Chongqing in different forms. At present, Chongqing has gathered 197 industrial Internet service companies, more than 5,000 local R&D personnel, and has provided a "cloud" service for more than 50,000 Chongqing enterprises. In 2019, 10,000 new companies "cloud" have been added, and a total of 318 pilot demonstration projects.

Strengthen the support of elements and build industrial ecology
"Industrial Internet not only enables enterprises to improve efficiency and reduce costs, but also promotes the transformation of Chongqing’s industry and builds a digital industrial ecology." The head of the Intelligent Division of Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission said that Industrial Internet is a new generation of information technology. The key infrastructure, new application models and new industrial ecology that are deeply integrated with the manufacturing industry are the key support to realize the connection of all factors, the entire industrial chain and the entire value chain in the manufacturing field, and are an important carrier for manufacturing transformation and precise personalized services. It is also an inevitable choice for improving quality and efficiency and achieving high-quality development.
In recent years, Chongqing has successively issued a series of policy documents such as "Chongqing's Implementation Plan for Deepening "Internet + Advanced Manufacturing" to Develop Industrial Internet" and "Several Policies of Chongqing to Promote the Development of Industrial Internet", focusing on building an industrial Internet ecosystem. Introduce and cultivate industrial Internet service enterprises from the supply side, stimulate the vitality of industrial enterprises to build and use platforms from the demand side, and effectively strengthen the connection between supply and demand, and create a good development environment and atmosphere; established the Chongqing branch of the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance, gathering more than 200 companies enterprise.
"For the government, an important responsibility is to create an industrial ecology." According to the person in charge of the Intelligent Division of Chongqing Economic and Information Commission, Chongqing strengthens the cooperation between ministries and cities, and the national top node (Chongqing) for industrial Internet logo analysis serves Shaanxi, Ningxia, and Guizhou. In other places, there are more than 36 million logo registrations and more than 3 million resolutions.
The fully automated terminal in Qingdao Port has successfully achieved 5G remote operation, and Haier has carried out unmanned goods transportation in smart factories based on 5G connections... These industrial application scenarios are inseparable from the construction of industrial Internet information infrastructure. At present, Qingdao is strengthening element support and accelerating the layout of new infrastructure.
Qingdao has also deepened the integration of applications, promoted the downward coverage and upward bearing of the industrial Internet, and formed a collaborative application system that is a mutual scenario, a foundation, and an ecosystem. At present, the city has identified 81 smart workshops including 33 intelligent (interconnected) factories such as Haier Air Conditioning Jiaozhou Interconnected Factory and the digital workshop production system of Tsingtao Fifth Factory and 236 automated production lines including Terad KYN28 cabinet automated production line. Qingdao will also promote more than 3,000 industrial enterprises to implement digital, networked, and intelligent transformation and upgrades, and promote 100,000 SMEs to the cloud platform; build an internationally leading and 10 domestic well-known industrial Internet platforms.
