Emirates Airlines announced yesterday that it will resume operating flights to six other new destinations, which will give its customers more options to travel to and through Dubai.

The carrier said in a statement that the new cities that will join its global network include: Geneva (15 July), Los Angeles (22 July), Dar es Salaam (1 August), Prague and São Paulo (2 August) and Boston (15 August).

This will increase the number of stations that Emirates Airlines will use by the middle of next August to 58 destinations, including 20 cities in Europe, and 24 cities in the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Emirates Airlines will operate flights to Kuwait after receiving government approvals.

Adnan Kazim, CEO of Commercial Operations at Emirates Airlines, said: “We have been witnessing a continuous rise in customer interest and demand for travel, since the announcement of the opening of the doors of Dubai to tourists and businessmen, and also with the expansion of travel options that we provide and we gradually re-connect destinations Our Lines Network. Kazem added that "while we continue to work and coordinate with all parties concerned to resume aviation operations, we emphasize taking all necessary measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and our employees." He mentioned that Emirates Airlines customers can travel via Dubai between the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Asia Pacific region, or stop in Dubai, noting that with the borders gradually reopening, Emirates Airlines reviewed the reservation policies to provide more flexibility.
