Emirates Airlines said that all travelers on the company's flights from some countries or airports must carry a negative-19 Covid Certificate issued by a laboratory accredited by the local government, noting that the certificate issued by a specific laboratory is approved by the government of the Emirates in a country Departure will also be acceptable.

The company stated, on its website, that certificates must be issued no more than 96 hours before departure, confirming the adoption of this procedure as of July 10.

Countries included: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Iran, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Sudan, Tanzania, and the United States of America from Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco airports, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, including Travelers coming to Dubai from California, Florida and Texas on Emirates Airlines follow-up flights.
