6/17 In the newly regulated area due to real estate measures, people protested against the decrease in the loan limit before moving into a new apartment. The government said there was no problem saying it was a consistent standard from the past, but Hong Nam-ki, the deputy prime minister, suggested some exceptions.

<Reporter> As part of the

June 17th measures, most of the metropolitan area, some areas of Daejeon and Cheongju were designated as mediation target areas or speculative overheating districts.

Then, in these areas, some residents, who had been selling apartments and were about to move in, objected to a group resignation saying that they would be forced to abandon their stay.

This is because the balance loans, which were possible up to 70% of the house price in unregulated areas, were reduced to 50% in the reconciled area and 40% in the speculative superheat district.

[Scheduled apartment in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do: We are living 300,000 won monthly rent. Whose policy is it for and who is the loan for... .] The

government repeated the position that there was no problem as it was a standard that has been applied consistently from the past.

However, the government stepped down as a group action appeared in Incheon and Gyeonggi Province, where many new sales were recently made, and countered by the local government and local parliamentarians.

[Hong Nam-ki/Deputy Prime Minister: Under the premise that there are already contracted middle-term loans and balance loans on one extension, we will see if there are any supplements that can protect them more.]

Whether or not there are exceptions to the loan limit or specific supplementary measures have not been disclosed, but it is inevitable to criticize that the policy will come and go without careful examination of the circumstances of the real users if the principles that were originally adhered to are modified.
