Condominium management work Application development that can be done by residents themselves July 2: 4:39

An app has been developed that allows the condominium management tasks such as repair reserves and collection of management costs to be performed by themselves without relying on the management company.

It was developed by a group company of Mitsubishi Estate, a major real estate company, and announced at a press conference on the 1st.

The app can save and manage various information such as basic information of condominium residents and materials of the board of directors of the management association.

In addition, since it is possible to collect a reserve for repairs and collection of management expenses, it is said that if these functions are used, it will be possible to manage the condominiums by themselves without entrusting them to a management company.

The usage fee for the app starts from 35,000 yen per month, and depending on the company, it is possible to save about 2 million yen per year for condominiums with 50 households compared to entrusting to a management company.

Depending on the company that developed the app, there are cases in which consignment fees cannot be paid to the condominium management company due to rising personnel costs, and there may be more condominiums that are not well managed, especially in urban areas.

Yoshinobu Hasegawa, president of "Inovelios", said, "I think we should reconsider the ideal way of managing condominiums. I would like to use this application to solve the problems facing the management union."
