The foundation project of the swivel bridge was completed recently.
The Rongwu Expressway New Line Beijing-Taiwan Expressway to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Section project is the main component of the horizontal and first line in the planning of the "four vertical and three horizontal" expressway network in the Xiong'an New District. After the completion of the project, it will be of great significance for improving the external backbone transportation network of the Xiong'an New District and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration process.
Tian Jia, executive deputy manager of the Rongwu Project Department of China Railway Sixth Bureau, said that all 136 pile foundations of this swivel bridge have been completed, and the core components of the swivel bridge have been installed with horizontal accuracy controlled within 0.1 mm. The steel bar is installed and the construction progress is smooth.
In order to highlight the environmental protection concept of engineering construction, the squeezed pile foundation used in this swivel bridge is a new technology for bridge engineering, which ensures the bearing capacity of the pile foundation and shortens the pile length and pile diameter.
The swivel bridge is located at the intersection of the Rongwu High-speed New Line and the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. It is a controlled project that runs through the entire Rongwu Line and is also a transportation channel for building materials on the entire line of the Rongwu Project. The two swivel bridges are 130 meters long and 20.83 meters wide. The swivel bridge piers are made of solid vase piers. There are not many swivel bridges of the same kind in the country, with beautiful appearance.
