Gulou District official said that the M bid section of the comprehensive environmental improvement project in the district passed the bidding process on May 23, 2014. Fuzhou Jianfa Group won the bid with the bid price of 50 million yuan (RMB, the same below). After the completion of the project, on June 30, 2018, Fuzhou Jianfa Group submitted the final review materials to the Gulou District Financial Evaluation Center, and after several additional materials and reviews, the Gulou District Financial Evaluation Center issued a review on May 15, 2019. Opinion, the approved amount is 59.32934 million yuan, which exceeds the bid price of 9.293934 million.
