Seven-Eleven bar code settlement Restored in the evening June 25, 19:00

Seven-Eleven stores nationwide at convenience store majors had troubles that they could not use services such as cashless payment using barcodes after noon, but they recovered in the evening.

Trouble occurred at around 20,000 convenience stores nationwide in the afternoon on the 25th, and cashless payment services using 9 types of barcodes such as "PayPay" and "LINE Pay" as well as some of the services such as TA-Q-BIN and Mercari. The service was unavailable.

A company survey found that it was due to poor network settings, and it took about 5 hours to recover after 5 pm.

Seven-Eleven Japan commented, "We are very sorry for the great inconvenience and concern to our customers. We will do our best to prevent this from happening in the future."
