  After review, as of 24 June 8th, 2020, there were 3,435,294 valid codes and 62,473 units for ordinary passenger car index applicants; there were 454,451 valid codes and 9,978 units for new energy passenger car index applicants.

  In this issue, 6366 individual ordinary passenger car indicators will be allocated; 266 ordinary ordinary passenger car indicators will be allocated.

  On June 1, Beijing issued the "About One-Time Issuance of New Energy Passenger Car Index Configuration Plan (Draft for Comments)", which plans to issue an additional 20,000 new energy passenger car indicators at a time in August this year, all "Configuration.

  At the same time, the city plans to revise the "Interim Regulations on the Regulation of the Number of Passenger Cars in Beijing" and the "Implementation Rules for the Interim Regulations on the Regulation of the Number of Passenger Cars in Beijing". According to the draft for comments, the city intends to increase "Family" is the index configuration method for unit shaking and points ranking. In the allocation of new energy indicators, in addition to the allocation of indicators to units and operating vehicles, first of all, 80% of the indicators are allocated to the "car-free family" according to the level of household points.

  "Car-free family" is composed of the main applicant and other family applicants, the total number is not less than 2 people. "Other family applicants" are limited to the main applicant's spouse, children, and both parents. All family applicants and their spouses do not have minibuses registered in this city.

  At the same time, the homeowner applicant and other family applicants should be: household registration personnel in this city; active military personnel and armed police in Beijing troops; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, overseas Chinese and foreign personnel who have valid ID and live in Beijing for more than one year; Non-city registration personnel with a valid "Beijing Work and Residence Permit"; non-city registration personnel who have a valid residence certificate in this city and have paid social insurance and personal income tax in this city for the past five years (inclusive). The main applicant needs to hold a valid driving license, other applicants do not require it.
