According to the publication, for Russian companies in the field of information technology it is planned to reduce insurance premiums from 14 to 7.6%, and income tax - from 20 to 3%.

In addition, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin proposes to abolish VAT on advertising development and software on foreign digital platforms and give developers the opportunity to receive special subsidies.

It is assumed that the changes will be unlimited and will help stimulate the export of Russian software.
