Etihad Airways revealed that it has become allowing passengers who booked tickets to travel on the airline before the thirtieth of next September to keep their tickets open and adjustable, in the event that canceled or changed dates for flights booked by Etihad Airways
A spokesman for Etihad Airways said that the carrier is keen to follow a flexible policy during this period to facilitate travelers due to the repercussions of the emerging Corona Virus Covid-19 and the occurrence of urgent changes in flight schedules related to the current conditions
The spokesman pointed out that Etihad’s call centers receive a large number of calls currently, explaining that if the traveler’s reservation was affected by the change of flights, the Etihad will remain on the travel ticket open to re-book it when the traveler is ready to travel again at the appropriate time for him
He noted that Etihad had previously changed some conditions for reservations due to the Corona-Covid-19 virus, chief among which was the abolition of all fees for changes made for flights booked before June 30, 2020 for travel until November 30, 2020 to facilitate travelers as well.
