The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai has issued a circular regarding quarantine requirements for travelers residing in the emirate returning to it.


According to the circular, which Emirates Emirates viewed, a copy of it, that travelers to Dubai have a quarantine option at home if they meet the required standards or in the hotel for a period of 14 days, indicating that a test "Covid-19" will be taken at the airport, With the need to register in the application COVID19 DXB and sign a pledge upon arrival.


The circular clarified that hotel reservation will be required in the event that the required standards are not met at home, with the necessity of making sure to follow all the rules and regulations, whether at home or in the hotel, indicating that the person will have access to the doctor remotely 24/7 Health through a dedicated phone application.


According to the circular, there are a group of hotels for those wishing to quarantine them and details of their prices can be found through the department's website.


Standards for a healthy burrow in the home include the presence of a separate room with a private bathroom and for the traveler’s health to be stable, with the availability of means of communication, as well as a set of first aid available including a thermometer, adequate directions and necessary information to be provided to the traveler as well as adherence to the required precautions.


The circular pointed out the importance of adhering to the guidelines until the end of the 14 days, as support, advice and emergency response can be reached through the smart application, while monitoring the symptoms and making sure of the constant verification of the temperature.


He pointed to the need to wear a face mask all the time and change it frequently with covering the mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and putting the used wipes in a basket and washing hands immediately with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
