The guide includes 21 main items, revolving around the basics of physical distance in hotels, cleaning and sterilizing guest rooms, examination of employees and guests, and general cleaning and sterilization protocols, in addition to the basics of working the most important facilities in these facilities such as restaurants and cafes, swimming pools, beaches, health clubs and others.
According to the evidence, an examination of the new Corona virus "Covid-19" will be conducted for all employees before re-opening and re-examination every 15 days, providing an infrared thermometer along with thermal cameras, and measuring the temperature of the staff several times during their work during the day, in addition to Preventing guests or employees who show respiratory symptoms from entering the hotel facilities.
It is also required in all hotel establishments to allocate isolation rooms near the main entrance, and to take any guest who shows symptoms immediately until the arrival of medical assistance .. The procedures also stipulate that no room is delivered to the guests before 24 hours have passed since the last guest left.
Regarding the different facilities such as restaurants, cafes, gyms, swimming pools and beaches in these hotel establishments, rates have been set for the capacity of these facilities and the temperature of individuals before entering them has been determined, and the working times for restaurants and cafes have been determined to be from 6 in the morning until 9 in the evening and allow four people Just sit at the same table and leave 2.5 meters between tables and sterilize menus after each use.
