He mentioned that Emirates Airlines has resumed its flights to nine destinations, while the beaches of hotels were reopened and water sports activities resumed in the emirate, in addition to gradually reopening restaurants in Dubai with reduced working hours and limited capacity along with strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Kazem said that the next stage will be to gradually reopen the tourism sector and restore confidence in the travel sector, pointing out that the initiatives that will support the revival of the tourism industry will be to provide exceptional offers and experiences for customers, which will be specially designed to suit the "new natural situation" of tourism.
He added that marketing communications, campaigns and activities will be intensified across the main markets, especially through social media platforms to preserve the global consideration.
