[Commentary] On May 20, as a B-type subway train slowly moved out of the depot, the Hohhot Metro Line 2 of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region officially entered the trial operation phase of the whole line.

  [Explanation] The main color of the carriage in this line is blue, and the Mongolian horse elements are integrated into the handrail and guardrail of the carriage. The unique shape of the carriage guardrail is also unique to this line. The signs in the carriage are marked in Chinese, Mongolian and English. The line has a total length of 27.3 kilometers and a total of 24 stations. Currently, some stations are still under construction.

  [Explanation] It is understood that before the trial operation of the entire line, the Hohhot Metro Line 2 has carried out comprehensive system equipment debugging work. The full-line trial operation phase is expected to continue until the end of September this year.

The ultimate goal is to verify the stability of each system and test whether it has the goal of entering the initial trial operation.

  【Explanation】 It is worth mentioning that as a component of the three-dimensional comprehensive transportation network in Hohhot, the line selects 28 subway trains, including 12 subway trains. All the work from manufacturing to assembly is completed locally in Hohhot.
