On the basis of the preliminary investigation, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission has recently initiated the investigation procedure for filing the case. The person in charge said that the banking and insurance institutions should further improve their risk management and control capabilities and enhance the level of financial services. At the same time, financial consumers are reminded to invest rationally and to further enhance risk awareness.

  According to the Bank of China, the settlement rate between BOC and "Crude Oil" customers has exceeded 80%, and it is comprehensively reviewing links and processes such as product design, business strategy and risk management and control.
