In April, as China's new coronary pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation was further consolidated, the economic and social order was further restored, and the backlog of housing demand due to the epidemic situation was further released. All localities continued to resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, insisting on the positioning of houses for living and not for speculation. The real estate market prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities continued to rise slightly, but overall they remained relatively stable.
