According to the 193 project requirements issued by the Chengde Municipal Government, the Beijing SASAC proposed a total of 90 cooperation intentions. On the spot, Chengde City People's Government signed three strategic cooperation agreements with Shoukai Group, Huaxia Bank and Shounong Food Group.
Zhang Guilin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Beijing Municipal SASAC; Wang Zhaolong, Deputy Director of the Beijing Poverty Alleviation Support Cooperation Office; Zhou Zhongming, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress and Secretary of the Chengde Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The heads of 19 Beijing state-owned enterprises including Shougang Group, Beijing Enterprises Group, Beichen Group, Beitou Group, etc .; a total of 150 persons in charge of the counties (cities, districts) of Chengde City and the relevant units directly under the municipal government attended the meeting.

It is understood that this meeting aims to connect Chengde's rich natural, humanistic, and agricultural resources by using the human resources, material resources, and market resources of Beijing's large groups and large enterprises to promote in-depth cooperation between the two parties and escape industrial poverty alleviation. "Acceleration" helps Chengde City consolidate the results of poverty alleviation.
According to the 193 project requirements released by Chengde City, the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) has proposed 90 cooperation intentions from 19 Beijing-run state-owned enterprises, covering cultural tourism, medical and health care, ice and snow sports, mineral resources, energy generation, Deep processing of agricultural products and other fields.

According to incomplete statistics, as of now, Beijing-managed state-owned enterprises have carried out 27 industrial cooperation and cooperation projects in Chengde City, set up 4 poverty alleviation workshops, completed an investment of 6.067 billion yuan, attracted 6,574 local jobs, and driven more than 3,000 filed cardholders. To achieve poverty alleviation, the population involves photovoltaic power generation, animal husbandry, biomedicine, industrial raw material production and many other fields. Last year, Beijing ’s state-owned enterprises invested 618 million yuan in Chengde, and 21.04 million yuan in the first quarter of this year.
According to reports, by the end of 2019, all seven poverty-stricken counties in Chengde had taken off their hats, and the number of poor people had dropped from 752,700 in 2014 to 4,726, and the incidence of poverty had dropped by 0.18% from 28.41%. The remaining poor population in the city is expected to be all sent to poverty-relief conditions by the end of June this year.
