At the beginning, Gree's focus was on manufacturing masks and machines, but Dong Mingzhu soon realized that not only mask machines but also qualified masks were needed on the market. Dong Mingzhu: There are unqualified masks outside. I think I want to experience it myself. Dong Mingzhu: I have n't moved my family, nor do I need to. When employees come to your business, they are your family. Dong Mingzhu: What we are considering is not what this year or next year, we have to consider what the future of the enterprise is. The R & D team cannot be faulted. Enrolling 5,000 college students this year may turn into 3,000 next year. In some cases, I train him for 10 years. He may feel that his wings are hard and fly away, so he must continue to cultivate a strong team. If an enterprise wants to be a leader in the industry, it needs an endless stream of talents.
Do not give up offline sales "This is an employment problem for nearly a million people"
