According to RBC with reference to the study, 82.9% of respondents believe that the restaurant industry has suffered the most from the effects of coronavirus. 61.6% of respondents named the fashion and beauty industry, 48.5% called the manufacturing sector.
According to participants, the IT industry (81.5% think so), the telecommunications industry (54.2%), and medicine (37.1%) are best able to cope with the crisis.
Speaking about the possible ways to save the business, 34% indicated the transition to online and process automation, 21.3% - the transfer of part of the employees to a “life-long” remote location and a partial abandonment of offices.
The survey involved 1,620 line employees, hired managers and entrepreneurs of SMEs.
Earlier it was reported that the government allocated more than 81.1 billion rubles to support small and medium-sized enterprises from the industries affected by COVID-19.
