In question: "We had blow after blow the yellow vests at the end of 2018 and the demonstrations against the pension reform at the end of 2019. By maintaining the Covid-19 which forced us to cease our activity during almost two months", indicated Alexis Mulliez . "It was no longer possible to hold on and that is why we declared the state of cessation of payment and we are placed under the protection of the Commercial Court of Marseille," he adds.

Provence specifies that the consular judges fixed the date of cessation of payments on May 6 and opened a procedure of judicial reorganization. The regional daily adds that two possibilities are possible to turn around the business: the filing of a continuation plan by its shareholders or the call for buyers. The deadlines for submission of tenders are open until June 16. "All the possibilities are on the table, including a complementary external recovery," said Alexis Mulliez to our colleagues.
