After two months of containment, real estate is expecting a particular rebound. The real estate agency Laforêt noted with the Covid-19 crisis the desire to change housing. This was explained by Yann Jéhanno, director of Laforêt France, guest of Emmanuel Duteil on Europe 1.

Yann Jéhanno evokes these tenants or owners who "lived for two months, eye to eye with [their] accommodation". According to him, they "identified defects in this accommodation" during this period.

Make concessions 

The professional quotes in particular "vis-à-vis very present, noisy buildings" or the need for "a room for teleworking". Result: these observations are reflected in the statistics. "Requests for house searches have increased by 12% compared to the same period last year," says Yann Jéhanno.

According to him, these new customers are even ready to make an effort. "If tomorrow a company passes its employees two to three days a week, it is true that we can, in this case, move away from their place of work and tolerate times of public or individual transport a little longer, "he analyzes.
