The list of entities that can conduct its transactions via digital identity includes 29 entities from the federal government of the state, 22 entities from the Emirate of Dubai, as well as 31 entities from the other six emirates, and 10 from the private sector in the state, as it includes a list of local government agencies and departments in Dubai , Which allows users to access their services through the “digital identity” platform: “Dubai Economic”, “Dubai Police”, “Dubai Electricity and Water Authority”, “Knowledge and Human Development Authority” and “Civil Defense in Dubai”, and The Dubai Land Department, the Dubai Health Authority, the Dubai Courts, the Roads and Transport Authority, and the Mohammed Bin Foundation Rashid Housing, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Culture, National Bonds Corporation, Dubai Asset Management Company Dubai Sports Council and Dubai City Authority Navigational ».

Through the "digital identity" project, work is currently underway to implement the entry system with "digital identity" in place of previous entry systems for electronic services in the UAE, in the local and federal systems, which will address important challenges in government work, the most important of which are: the absence of a digital signature mechanism, which leads To have to resort to paperwork and visit service centers, and the multiplicity of entry information for the platforms, which makes the security controls multiple, different and different in standards, and the need for customers to use multiple platforms to access services.
Digital identity
"Digital ID" is the first national digital ID for all citizens and residents, using a smartphone, and it enables individuals to access many electronic and smart services across various sectors in the country, in addition to digitally signing documents.
