On May 14th, Beijing Chaoyang District started the online application for a common property project in Taixiang. The project plans to build 17 buildings and 1,442 suites. The average sales price with full renovation costs is 43,000 yuan / m2, and the proportion of the property rights of buyers of a single house is 65%. The announcement of the subscription registration shows that 1442 homes are placed for Beijing and non-Beijing families. Beijing-based families include households with no registration in Chaoyang District and households without registration in other districts of the city who successfully worked in Chaoyang District in May of this year and paid successfully in Chaoyang District.
