is a 3-story little building located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

At a recent court auction, it sold for 1.6 billion won, 1.6 times the consensus.

After the government announced last week that it would build 8,000 households on the site of the Yongsan Railroad Maintenance Service, demand was driven by expectations for development.

[Resident in Yongsan-gu, Seoul: My eyes are red to buy a house. One hundred people a day would have come. Gosh… As

there were signs of speculation in the news of the development of the 'Golden Land' in downtown Seoul, the government allowed 13 areas of the reconstruction and redevelopment business areas of the railroad maintenance site, nearby Hangangro-dong and Ichon 2-dong to be traded in the area. It was designated as a blitz.

In these areas, when acquiring land exceeding 18㎡ in a residential area and 20㎡ in a commercial area, you must obtain permission from the mayor in advance.

In addition, for more than 2 years, you must live or operate for your own purpose.

It is to stop speculation by allowing only real users to acquire real estate.

[Seongsan-gu, Seoul Authorized Broker: I was thinking that the transaction is going to be a bit active, but the residents are very disappointed. I can't sell it, but if I stay still, the price doesn't go up.]

It is understood that Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon announced the Yongsan Development Master Plan two years ago, and the precedent in which the market overheating spread was also affected.

The designated period for the land transaction permission zone is from 20th to 1 year.
