The Dubai Economic Department has made updates to the guidelines and the first stage protocol on reopening in the Emirate of Dubai for wholesale and retail trade markets starting today.


A circular issued by the Dubai Economic Department stated that downloads and promotional offers will be permitted and the cash refund and exchange policy for purchases will be allowed, provided that the returned or replaced goods are sterilized and isolated for 24 hours before being reused by another customer.


It was also decided to allow the reopening of the changing rooms with the necessity of shoppers wearing the sleeves, and experimenting with only five goods by each shopper as a maximum in the store, while allowing the use of the fitting room for a maximum of 10 minutes for each shopper and continue to sterilize the changing rooms, and prevent the return of goods that It has been measured and tested by the shopper to the shelves or replaced by other shoppers, as the retailer must set them aside for 24 hours.
