In addition, Nakheel affirmed in a statement to "Emirates Today" about what was recently published about the company's reduction of salaries by up to 50%, due to the repercussions of the spread of the Corona virus, that the company's business, like all businesses around the world, She is still affected by this unprecedented situation due to the outbreak of the Corona virus, and then had to put in place precautionary measures to ensure the sustainability of the company's business without any impact.
The company pointed out that the modified salary structure, which came into effect on the first of April and differs according to the job grade, was applied in order to rationalize spending so that we can overcome this crisis, protect our employees and ensure the continuity of our business.
