"To allocate in 2020 the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from the reserve fund of the government budget allocations in the amount of 2 billion rubles for the provision in 2020 of subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Federation," the document says.
The funds will be used to provide urgent measures to support SMEs, it follows from the text.
Earlier, enterprises from affected sectors of the economy were allowed to suspend insurance payments to state extra-budgetary funds.
