[Commentary] On April 29, the foundation stone laying ceremony of a big data medical industrial park was held in Shenfu New District, Liaoning. On that day, it was also the day when the investment promotion project of Shenfu New District was concentrated (resumed) in spring in 2020, involving 88 projects with a total investment of 70.858 billion yuan.
[Explanation] Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone is located between Shenyang City and Fushun City. It is a new district officially approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in order to accelerate the revitalization of Northeast China. During the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic, investment in the demonstration zone continued to be filed, and a total of 66.6 billion yuan was signed. Relevant departments have opened green service channels to optimize the efficiency of approval services and promote the project to be put into operation as soon as possible. On the 29th, there were 68 resumption construction projects in Shenfu New District with a total investment of 60.66 billion yuan; 20 new construction projects with a total investment of 10.192 billion yuan.

Our industrial park is mainly based on medical big data. We call one center and two bases. One center is the big data center, and then we are medical big data. One of the other two bases is a biopharmaceutical base, and the other is a high-end R & D and manufacturing base.
[Explanation] Among 88 construction projects (starting and resuming), including artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, life and health, new materials, digital economy, modern service industry, etc. Among them, there are 4 projects with a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan.
